Service Description

RYDIN provides private hire vehicle (VTC) transportation services with professional chauffeurs throughout France.


Services include:


  • Airport transfers (to/from major French airports)
  • City-to-city transfers
  • Hourly chauffeur service (minimum 2 hours)
  • Event transportation (weddings, corporate events, special occasions)

  • All services are provided with professional, licensed VTC chauffeurs and well-maintained premium vehicles. Services are exclusively for passenger transport and do not include goods delivery or freight services.

    Quote Validity & Confirmation Process

    Online quotes are estimates based on information provided by the user. Quotes are valid for 7 days from issuance.


    A booking is only confirmed when:


  • The client has submitted a complete booking request
  • RYDIN has sent written confirmation (email)
  • Payment terms have been agreed upon

  • Until confirmation is sent, no contract exists between the parties. RYDIN reserves the right to refuse any booking request without justification.

    Pricing Transparency

    All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.


    Prices may include:


  • Base fare for the service type
  • Distance-based charges
  • Time-based charges (for hourly services)
  • Vehicle category surcharge
  • Night/weekend/holiday surcharges when applicable

  • Additional charges may apply for:


  • Waiting time beyond included allowance
  • Route changes requested by client
  • Tolls and parking fees (charged at cost)
  • Additional stops

  • Final price will be confirmed before service delivery. Estimated prices may vary from final invoiced amount based on actual service conditions.

    Payment Methods & Security

    At this stage, the website does not support online payments.


    Payment methods accepted:


  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Cash
  • Bank transfer (for corporate accounts)

  • Payment is made directly on the day of the trip, according to the payment methods agreed with the driver or our team.


    Payment terms:


  • Full payment required at time of service or as agreed in advance
  • Corporate accounts: payment within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments incur interest at 3x the legal rate

  • Note: Online payment will be available soon. Information regarding online transaction security will be updated accordingly.

    Cancellation, Modification & Refund Policy

    Cancellation and modification process:


    At this stage, the client cannot cancel or modify a trip directly through the website.


    Any cancellation or modification request must be:


  • Communicated manually by contacting us (phone or email)
  • Confirmed by our team before being applied

  • Cancellation conditions by client:


  • More than 24 hours before service: Free cancellation
  • 12-24 hours before service: 50% of estimated amount may be charged
  • Less than 12 hours before service: 100% of estimated amount may be charged
  • No-show: 100% of estimated amount may be charged

  • Modifications:


  • Route or time changes are subject to availability
  • Significant modifications may result in price adjustment
  • Last-minute modifications cannot always be accommodated

  • Cancellation by RYDIN:


    In rare cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, RYDIN may cancel a booking. In such cases, no fees will be applied and an alternative solution will be offered if possible.


    Note on refunds: Since no prepayment is required at this stage, no refund policy currently applies.

    Right of Withdrawal

    In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transportation services scheduled for a specific date or time period.


    By confirming a booking, the client expressly acknowledges that:


  • The service is scheduled for a specific date and time
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once service is confirmed
  • Cancellation is governed exclusively by the cancellation policy stated above

  • This exclusion is required by French law for time-sensitive transportation services.

    Invoicing & Proof of Payment

    Current status: At this stage of service development, automatic invoicing is not yet implemented.


    For business clients:


    An invoice can be provided upon request for all services rendered. To obtain an invoice, please contact contact@rydin.fr with the following information:


  • Date and details of the service
  • Complete billing information
  • SIRET number (for companies)

  • Invoices include:


  • Service description and date
  • Itemized pricing breakdown
  • VAT details (where applicable)
  • Payment confirmation

  • For individual clients:


    A receipt or proof of payment can be provided upon request.


    Note: Automatic invoicing and electronic invoice delivery will be available soon.

    Dispute Resolution & Mediation

    For any complaint, please contact us first at contact@rydin.fr. We commit to responding within 5 business days.


    If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, consumers may use the following mediation service:
